Orange Mail Internet Service is no longer available to new customers. However, if you are an existing Orange Mail customer, your service will continue to work as normal.

the Orange Mail Internet Service allows you to:

  • Get email on your phone that's low-cost, reliable, simple to set up and easy to use.
  • It's flexible - opt in and out from month to month as you choose.
  • You don't need a BlackBerry handset, offering you the freedom to choose the device you want.
  • Delivery over our network is fast, secure and automatic. You don't need to dial in to access email on your phone.
  • Our security is based on the Advanced Encryption Standard, which means emails can't be read by anyone other than the intended user.

 
 

what does it cost?

1. Orange Mail Internet Service only

If you have an Orange voice plan and a compatible handset, Orange Mail Internet Service costs £2.50 (ex VAT) per month.

Data usage will be charged at your voice plan rates. Or, for even better value, you can add on a data bundle.

 2. Orange Mail Internet Service plans

Orange Mail Internet Service plans are no longer available to new customers. However, for customers still using the service, the price plans are:

Inclusive data is for use with email, internet access or any other data applications.
Data usage above the monthly allowance is 80p per MB.

What can you do with 1MB?
1MB is approximately equal to 100 emails without attachments.
