Orange Mobile Forms

This simple and secure solution allows mobile workers to spend less time on paperwork and more time providing a great service. With its simple drag-and-drop form designer, you can deploy up to 100 bespoke forms to individuals or groups enabling you to:

  • reduce mileage as there’s no need to travel back to the office to complete paperwork
  • manage time efficiently and increase your workload
  • share data between mobile workers and office
  • improve customer service by taking on more jobs and processing forms quickly and being more responsive to your customers' needs

Traffic Information Services

With 10 minutes of call time per month included, just dial 240 to check the traffic in your area and get live information on the move:

  • check for traffic problems before setting out and receive access up-to-date info while on the move
  • improve journey times by avoiding traffic congestion
  • reduce fuel consumption by avoiding jams
  • access traffic information without the need of a GPS signal

4MB of mobile data

The inclusive monthly data allowance lets you:

  • send completed forms back to the office
  • access emails from colleagues and customers while on the move
  • complete administrative tasks while on the move
  • reduce costs: minimise out-of-bundle charges

 
 

Mobile Forms Extras

There are a number of extras that can be added to complement Mobile Forms – each costing £5 per user per month. These are:

  • Mobile Forms with Photos – add photos to your form for proof (for example, of repair or delivery condition)
  • Mobile Forms with GPS – pinpoint the location to prove where the form is being completed
  • Mobile Forms with Attachments – include Excel spreadsheets, Word documents or even voice recordings 
  • Mobile Forms with E-Doc – send the form as a PDF in an email complete with company logo – great for invoicing
