In the event of a network incident that affects your Orange users, we will allocate an incident manager who will communicate with you proactively on progress and work with the Orange technical teams to implement a quick and appropriate solution. At Orange, we will keep you informed of any outages on our network, planned or unplanned. All you need to do is let us know who you want to receive this email communication.
