getting started
Firstly, as with any standard broadband connection you'll need to have an existing BT line or have migrated your existing BT line to Orange Landline for Business.
Once you have placed an order from us we'll check you phone line to find out what broadband speed you can have. Unfortunately, not all lines can carry the highest speeds, but we'll make sure you get the fastest service available.
We will then contact you once your line has been activated and ready for use. Depending on what option you choose we will inform you of what you need to do to set up your connection.

Because every business is different, we've got a range of options available:
- Option 1 - Orange Broadband Line only. You install and use your own modem or router.
- Option 2 - Orange Broadband Line & wireless router. We provide the equipment and you install it yourself.
- Option 3 - Orange Broadband Line & wireless router. We provide the equipment and send our engineers to install it where you need it, whether that's where your staff live or your offices.
You can choose the wireless router that best suits your needs. Our Livebox wireless router provides wireless connectivity and in addition supports 2 fixed port connections.
The standard wireless router is a simple wireless device providing cable free connectivity and one ethernet port, ideal for single users.
