24 hour replacement service
Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault.
From just £6 per phone per month Orange Care is available for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, excludes certain high value devices. Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault. We can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you usually within 24 hours of your claim being agreed.
The replacement will be delivered to any UK address. An administration fee (currently £15) may be applied to all accepted claims.
What's covered?
Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault.
If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged anywhere in the world, we will arrange to send your replacement to you to any UK address.
What's not covered?
There are some things we don’t cover, for example certain situations such as loss or theft of your phone if left unattended in a public place, and items like car kits, car phones and accessories.
